An architecture graduate of Syracuse University, Marshall joined us in 2011.
His studies abroad led to a strong interest in Italian art, architecture and culture, which fuel his current passion for cooking (and wine) and the culture surrounding food. “To me, cooking is more than just creating food. It’s learning about its origins, the science of it, its history. The process of creating anything, including architecture, is always improved by a deeper understanding of context.”
