Annapolis Yacht Club - Sailing Center

Located over Spa Creek on the Eastport side of the bridge, the Annapolis Yacht Club’s Sailing Center revitalized the water edge in 2019 side-by-side with the club’s Family Activity Center. The form of this building complimented its neighbor buildings fitting with the context timelessly. Its building serves as the primary sailing hub for all Annapolis Yacht Club members. Its direct waterfront access onto Spa Creek and directly across the river from the award winning Main Clubhouse becomes an integral part to the rest of the Annapolis Yacht Club buildings and its “campus.”
