Original flooring, staircases, windows, interior doors and millwork components were retained and refurbished throughout. Structural framing was retained where possible. Open-cell insulation, geothermal heating/air conditioning, and state-of-the-art lighting control were incorporated to bring this historic home into the present and ensure its longevity.
